SHIPPING POLICY
At Metfine, we are committed to delivering your items as quickly and securely as possible. We currently exclusively ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
1. Order Processing & Handling

Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days. For items marked with "Priority Dispatching," processing takes 1 business day.

Operating Days: Our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays).

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is authorized and verified, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Transit times are calculated after the order has been processed.
United States, Canada, and Australia:

Standard Shipping: 5 - 12 business days | Cost: Free

Express Shipping: 3 - 9 business days | Cost: $15.00
3. International Shipping At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the United States, Canada, and Australia.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
