We want you to love your Metfine purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
✅ Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ Must include original packaging and proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
❌ Non-returnable items:

Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" at checkout).
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email support@metfine.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) or return instructions.

Ship Back: Pack items securely and attach the label. For international returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after we receive your return.

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once your return is received (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping Costs
- We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for all returns. Simply contact us to initiate the return process, and we will guide you on how to ship the item back to us at no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@metfine.com with photos for a replacement or refund.
